Privacy notice
Covers the Virdo waitlist. Last updated October 1, 2026.
This notice explains what we collect when you join the Virdo waitlist, what we do with it, and how to have it removed. It will be replaced by a full privacy policy before Virdo opens to everyone.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Your answers on the form: what you sell, your team size, the AI agent you use, and how you heard about us.
- A record of your consent: the exact wording you agreed to, when you agreed, and when you confirmed your email.
We do not store your IP address. To stop repeated automated signups we keep a scrambled, one-way code derived from it, which cannot be turned back into your address, and Cloudflare checks that you're a person rather than a bot.
What we use it for
- Emailing you about Virdo: confirming your signup, the beta and the launch.
- Choosing who joins the beta first.
- Understanding which kinds of businesses are interested.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services below, which handle it for us.
Who handles it for us
- DigitalOcean hosts the website and the database where the waitlist is stored, in the United States.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- Cloudflare runs our domain and the bot check on the form.
Unsubscribing and removal
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect at once. To have your information deleted entirely, email us at [email protected] and we will remove it within 30 days.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it or the waitlist closes. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you at once and keep your record only so we know not to email you again; ask and we will delete it. If you never confirm your email, you get no further emails from us.
